4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

A. Account Creation:

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
You must promptly update account information to ensure it is accurate and current.

C. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

B. Payment:

By subscribing, you authorize On Charge to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

C. Free Trials:

Free trials are available for a limited period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the trial unless canceled.

D. Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided except as required by law or at On Charge’s sole discretion.

6. Use of the Service

A. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
